Lipari by the Beach 1 (ROSALIA)

Positive: L'appartement est mieux que sur les photos ! Emplacement idéal à deux pas de la plage, et à 25min à pied de Lipari. On peut aussi rejoindre Lipari en bus et l'arrêt de bus est à côté de l'appartement. Beaucoup de randonnées, supermarchés et restaurants accessibles à pied depuis l'appartement. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve sous le soleil de Canneto !

Positive: Abbiamo trascorso 5 notti in questa struttura molto pulita ottima posizione zona molto tranquilla a due passi dal mare supermercato noleggio bar panificio. La pulizia era impeccabile.Complimenti ai proprietari ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Super recomiendo! Positive: Hermoso departamento, súper equipado. El dueño siempre atento y disponibilidad inmediata. Está a 50 metros de la playa!! Super recomiendo

Great location but too crowded and not soundproof Positive: Good communication, great location, very well equipped flat (coffee, olive oil and balsamic vinegar provided) value for money, free umbrella to take to the beach, bus to lipari just a minute away. Negative: Unfortunately there is noise and banging from everywhere all around you. The whole building is for holiday rentals, people come and go all the time, you have neighbours above you, next to you and across the corridor. The walls are not soundproof. Three nights out of six we slept bad because the above neighbour was walking around for 30 mins in highheels and came after midnight in high heels. We were woken up by the recycling (?) people. Another night our next door neighbours woke us up from 6 banging on things or dropping things on the floor. If you like a good night's sleep maybe try the above flats or another more peaceful place. It's very unfortunate because the flat itself is nice and owners very responsive. But you cant do much about the noisy surroundings. Even if you warn them , people are inconsiderate anyways. Also the foam mattress is comfy at first but by morning there is a crater under you that you need to struggle to get out of. 😆

Positive: Vicino ad una bella spiaggia. Vicino al mare ma in un vicoletto molto tranquillo
